| Q |
Are there additional
fees for retouching? |
| A |
No - these are built
into the pricing of our products. The only
exception to this rule is when significant
reconstruction is involved - e.g. removing braces -
there may be a small fee involved. |

|
| Q |
What is a creation
fee? |
| A |
This is our fee for
capturing and creating images for you to preview and
order from. It is not an advance and is not
applied towards your investment in studio products.

| Q |
How many outfit
changes and locations are allowed in your sessions? |
| A |
We do not put hard
limits on these things and ultimately it is your
decision. When you
commission us to create your senior portraits you
are paying for our time and talent. The more
time you spend changing clothes and traveling
between locations, the less time you allow us to
create your
images. Once we understand what you are
looking for during your consultation and planning
session, we will advise if we believe the locations
and clothing changes are impractical and help to
refine your session plan accordingly. |

| Q |
How do I preview and
order my images? |
| A |
For Getaway and
Magazine sessions, we provide you with a Senior
Magazine to preview your images away from the
studio. For all other sessions, we will
present your images online or in person depending on
the circumstances. This is explained further
on our process page under "Ordering Session". |

| Q |
How do you make sure
each clients senior portraits are unique? |
| A |
We do this in a number
of ways
- First, we focus on what our clients want
which usually results in different ideas,
concepts, and locations.
- We avoid taking seniors from the same
schools to the same locations and if we must, we
use the location differently.
- We encourage our senior clients to use their
home for at least one of our locations.
There are many benefits to this and one of them
is no one else will have their senior pictures
in or around your home.
- We try to minimize studio portraiture in our
sessions which reduces the use of the same
studio settings.
- Finally, when we get to a point where it
gets difficult to make every seniors' images
from a school look different, we no longer
accept clients from that school for that year's
graduating class.
